During the LEAD international training program held in Oslo, Norway, representatives from the University of Pisa (UNIPI), coordinator of the PARTNER project, contributed to discussions on democracy, inclusion and sustainability in public health and social settings.

As part of the programme, Prof. Lara Tavoschi presented experiences related to the co-development of health promotion materials with people living in prison, highlighting the value of participatory approaches in developing educational resources that support health literacy in prison settings.

These principles are at the core of the PARTNER project, which works with people living and working in prisons to identify health needs and co-create practical educational tools and training materials.

The event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and showcase approaches that support more inclusive and equitable health promotion initiatives.
