Co-Creation Approach

Our Approach

PARTNER adopts a participatory, inclusive, and research-driven approach to develop a tailored training program to address the health and health literacy needs of both People Living in Prisons (PLP) and prison staff.

In particular, men and women living in prisons, as well as prison staff are actively engaged with the PARTNER consortium to define their health needs and contribute to the development of the PARTNER training content.
Through co-creations sessions, which will take place in Italy, France, Greece and Moldova, the consortium will gain first-hand insights into:

Key health literacy and health needs of people living in prisons and prison staff.

Perceptions and attitudes towards health and health information in prison.

Barriers to accessing health information in prison.

Perceptions and suggestions on the training content and methodologies.
